RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a BI Data Analyst in Westlake, TX.
Summary:
As a BI Data Analyst, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that our business objectives come to life in the solutions we build and deploy to our customers. You will lead initiatives with diverse scope and sophisticated business problems, acting as the main interface between partners, product management, and other technology organizations.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience: 5+ years in analysis techniques such as current state analysis, business rules analysis, requirements gathering, and crafting user stories
* BI Tools: Demonstrable experience (3+ years) with Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, data modeling techniques, and familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes
* Problem-Solving: Strong research and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize findings and develop practical recommendations
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
