We re Hiring: Director Partnerships, Alliances & Account Management
Location: Hybrid (US-based)
Industry: Digital Transformation | Low-Code Platforms (Pega, Appian, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.)
Role: Director Partnerships, Alliances & Account Management
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strategic alliances with technology partners (Pega, Appian, Salesforce, ServiceNow, AWS, etc.).
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies and solution partnerships.
- Lead strategic customer accounts, ensuring growth, satisfaction, and long-term value creation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Marketing to expand partner-influenced revenue.
- Identify new market opportunities through partner channels and customer relationships.
- Maintain executive-level relationships across partners and key clients.
- Represent Maantic at partner events, conferences, and executive forums.
Requirements
- Proven success in building and managing partner ecosystems and enterprise client portfolios.
- Strong understanding of Digital Transformation, Automation, or Low-Code platforms.
- Exceptional relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed growth and account performance objectives.
