Project Manager, Design Operations

We are seeking a Program Manager to join a dynamic team focused on creating cutting-edge digital experiences that reach billions of users worldwide. • Partner with leadership to translate product vision into actionable design deliverables.
• Drive the design process for each product cycle, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Manage design work items, scope, and requirements to keep projects on track.
• Identify and forecast capacity needs for design workloads.
• Facilitate design reviews and ensure clear communication across teams.

6+ years of experience in program management, with a strong background in project management, capacity tracking, and prioritization.

Highly proficient with modern project tracking software and the Microsoft Office/M365 suite, particularly Excel.

Prior experience working within a design or creative environment is preferred.
