Responsibilities:

• Lead the onboarding of business units to the NetSuite platform


• Develop comprehensive functional design documents outlining workflow processes


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives


• Customize NetSuite and develop Suitelets as needed


• Manage third-party integrations and oversee data migration


• Design workflows, dashboards, reports, and KPIs to enhance operational efficiency


• Coordinate with development teams on scripting creation and deployment


• Facilitate integration with additional applications or add-ons


• Provide training and support to users, and serve as a liaison with NetSuite support as needed


• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field


• Previous experience in a similar role


• Demonstrated expertise in system building and customization


• Proficiency in SuperScript, with a strong understanding of API architectures


• Prior experience with NetSuite administration


• Thorough understanding of general business practices
