We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Carrollton, Texas. In this role, you will provide technical support for hardware and software systems, ensuring smooth operations across various devices and platforms. You will play an essential role in troubleshooting issues, maintaining systems, and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and related hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
Configure and support mobile devices, ensuring seamless functionality and user satisfaction.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and network connectivity issues, minimizing downtime.
Manage user accounts and control access in compliance with company policies.
Perform data migration and remove outdated equipment, ensuring secure transition to new systems.
Analyze issue trends and implement preventive solutions to reduce recurring problems.
Utilize ServiceNow to address incidents and fulfill service requests efficiently.
Administer local printer setups and video conferencing solutions, ensuring reliable operations.
Provide support for various projects as needed, contributing to team goals.
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining attention to detail and organizational standards.

Associate's Degree in Computer Science or a related field; Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in IS support, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certifications such as Microsoft Operating Systems, A+, or Microsoft Office applications are highly desirable.
Proficiency in Windows Desktop OS, including Windows 10 and 11.
Experience with Azure, O365, Microsoft Intune, and related technologies such as Entra and Defender.
Familiarity with web filtering solutions like Cisco Umbrella and BitLocker encryption.
Knowledge of telecom and unified communication solutions, as well as network troubleshooting for PCs and peripherals.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills paired with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
