Imaging Program Manager Remote (Contract to Hire)
We are seeking a Program Manager to lead and oversee multiple clinical imaging technology initiatives in a healthcare setting.
This remote role includes managing 3 6 project managers while also directly handling key imaging-related projects.
Strong knowledge of imaging workflows, PACS systems, and EMRs like Cerner and Meditech is required.
You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact initiatives.
Ideal candidates bring healthcare IT program leadership and hands-on project management experience.
- Location: Remote
- Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $80/hr

What You ll Do:
- Lead a team of 4 project managers working on Healthcare Imaging/PACS projects
- Manage your own portfolio of projects
- Work in the PMO of a large health systems
What Gets You the Job:
- 8+ years of Healthcare experience, with strong PACS project background
- Candidate must have project management experience with leadership exposure experience leading teams of Project Managers
- A strong understanding of imaging workflows and PACS systems.
- Familiarity with EMR systems, especially Cerner and Meditech, is important
