Sales Leadership & Business Development
- Lead the implementation of a structured sales process to achieve business unit goals.
- Develop and execute a proactive calling program to generate new business and deepen existing relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agricultural and business clients, offering tailored financial solutions.
- Promote a full suite of financial products including loans, deposits, investments, and insurance services.
- Use client management tools to track sales activities and report performance metrics.
Client Relationship Management
- Understand client goals and challenges to deliver customized financial strategies.
- Conduct professional presentations that reflect deep industry knowledge and the organization s brand promise.
- Ensure consistent and effective client engagement across the team.
- Resolve client issues promptly, ensuring high satisfaction and compliance with policies.
Loan Underwriting & Portfolio Management
- Underwrite agricultural, business, and consumer loans within authorized limits.
- Recommend approvals for loans beyond personal authority as if acting with full approval rights.
- Analyze financial data and ensure proper documentation and servicing of all loans.
- Monitor loan performance through regular credit reviews and collateral inspections.
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, hire, and retain top-performing sales and service professionals.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Support the creation and execution of annual and long-term business plans to drive profitability and market growth.
Community Engagement & Compliance
- Represent the organization in civic and community activities.
- Ensure team members are active and effective community ambassadors.
- Adhere to all internal policies and regulatory requirements.
