Business Application Support Analyst

Our client is looking for a tech-savvy problem solver who enjoys supporting others and thrives on learning new systems. • Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
• Compensation: 50k-75k
• No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role

What You ll Do:

• Provide first-level and second-level support for custom and third-party business systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by internal users, escalating when needed
• Maintain accurate records of incidents using the Service Management System
• Write and update internal knowledge articles to help users solve common problems
• Participate in after-hours support rotations to ensure continuous service availability

What Gets You the Job:

• 2+ years of experience supporting internal or external users in an office or help desk setting
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and a proven ability to pick up new software quickly
• Bachelor s degree or higher
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach
• Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with teammates to resolve issues
