Business Application Support Analyst
Our client is looking for a tech-savvy problem solver who enjoys supporting others and thrives on learning new systems. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team and provide hands-on application support to users across the country. - Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
- Compensation: 50k-75k

What You ll Do:
- Provide first-level and second-level support for custom and third-party business systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by internal users, escalating when needed
- Maintain accurate records of incidents using the Service Management System
- Write and update internal knowledge articles to help users solve common problems
- Participate in after-hours support rotations to ensure continuous service availability
What Gets You the Job:
- 2+ years of experience supporting internal or external users in an office or help desk setting
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and a proven ability to pick up new software quickly
- Bachelor s degree or higher
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach
- Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with teammates to resolve issues
