Trigyn's direct government client has an immediate need for a Systems Architect in New York, NY.
Description:
The duties of the consulting resources would be to plan, create, modify, test and implement code in support of any of the following:
? Develop Oracle stored procedure, packages, and triggers
? Develop batch application using .NET, oracle
? Plan and design the structure of a technology solution
? Communicate software requirements to app dev team members
? Develop software with modern web development frameworks
The consultant will adhere to application development standards, including, but not limited to, project management methodology, SDLC (software development life cycle), Enterprise Architecture standards and the IT governance process.
Mandatory Qualification:
? 24 months of experience with Azure DevOps Server, including expertise in source control, building and releasing pipelines, work item tracking, and automated deployment processes.
? 84 months of experience utilizing NYCIRB (New York Compensation Insurance Rating Board) guidelines and regulations to develop and support software applications for analyzing and processing Workers? Compensation insurance premiums. The candidate must demonstrate expertise in maintaining data integration solutions that integrate with AMS systems like Applied EPIC, Vertafore and others.
? 84 months of experience in estimating workers' compensation experience ratings and implementing policy renewals, rebills, and audits. The candidate must have a strong understanding of workers' compensation rating methodologies, policy lifecycle processes, and compliance requirements to ensure accurate and efficient policy administration.
? 84 months of experience with Oracle PL/SQL, including expertise in Packages, Types, Objects, Triggers, and Advanced Queuing. This experience must be in the development of applications for the State Workers' Compensation industry, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and supporting efficient policy management, and premium calculations.
? 60 months of experience with ACORD AL3 data format and transformation for Underwriting and Claims applications.
? 60 months of experience as a .NET application developer, utilizing C# and Visual Studio 2019 or newer. The candidate must have expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining .NET applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and adherence to industry best practices.
? 60 months of experience in developing software systems to support Workers' Compensation and Disability Insurance accounts receivable billing using the Accrual Accounting Method. The candidate must have expertise in designing and implementing billing solutions that ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with industry regulations, and efficient premium collection processes.
? 48 months of experience with designing and developing solutions for parsing, generating and transforming ACORD .AL3 data files. Must have proficiency with AL3 mapping tools such as AL3 Mapper and IVANS tools.
? 48 months of experience in web browser application development using JavaScript, CSS, XSLT, and HTML. The candidate must have expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining interactive and responsive web applications, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and adherence to industry best practices.
