RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately adding a full-time SFDC Release Manager/Scrum Master in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in Spring, TX.
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SFDC Release Manager/Scrum Master to join our dynamic E2E SW team. In this role, you will facilitate and coordinate the overall SFDC software release within our organization, ensuring the company can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scheduling, planning, and controlling the software's development and delivery process
* Defines execution plan for the sprint cycle (scope, staffing and timing)
* Provides guidance and facilitation of agile scrum events
* Aligns with business on risk mitigation plan to minimize disruption due to deployments
* Guides team to develop appropriate acceptance criteria/definition of done for the increment
* Ensures proper business signoff of increment prior to MTP
* Liaises with MOC personnel to plan and implement a proper comms and training plan for deployments
* Oversees MTP cutover events to ensure timely and high-quality execution
* Reports-out results of deployments to key stakeholders
* Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the organization
* Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices
* Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products
* Work with the Product Developer to prioritize the product backlog
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective
* Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team's progress
* Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Release Manager/ Scrum Master
* Strong knowledge of CRM systems (SFDC or Dynamics, etc.)
* Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies

Preferred:

* Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools preferred, such as Jira, Azure, and Test Rail
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
