Job Description:
Functional Lead for Integrations and Project Management
Skills Required:
Strong background in integration technologies such as API, ETL, EDI +
MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Workato, Snap logic, Tibco, Workato, Togaf.
Experience in project management and agile methodologies
Ability to guide and mentor teams on integration best practices and standards
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with various functional groups
Responsibilities:
1. Integration Strategy and Execution:
Define and evangelize integration architectural patterns and best practices.
Guide functional groups on overall enterprise strategy as it relates to integration, including standards and policies.
Monitor and support functional integration activities and interim operating processes of all departments.
2. Project Management:
Frequent interactions with project managers to incentivize and monitor sharing of assets and push possibilities for reuse
Organize agile scrum teams of developers and testers to provide baseline reusable code and additional delivery capacity on a use-case basis
Manage asset catalog of integrations across platforms, prioritize backlog of initiatives, and evangelize integration strategy patterns
3. Training and Development:
Establish control center for assessment, training, and coaching, as well as an open area for functional groups to collaborate in a supportive environment
Work with scrum masters and project managers to develop a training plan for their teams
4. Technical Leadership:
Provide recommendations for tooling based on projects in backlog
Monitor platforms and give advice for functional groups to follow standard architecture guidelines
Return knowledge from functional group projects to the Integration Enablement Center (IEC) for use across the enterprise
