We have multiple roles with remote option, as listed below with JD.

Role# 1 - Oracle Fusion Financial- Cost Management & Accounting

Job description:
Provide L1 support for Oracle Cloud Cost Management which includes Inventory Costing, Receipt accounting, Supply Chain financial orchestration.
Hand-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cost Management, configurations and subledger account mapping and cost accounting period end validations, month end / quarter end / year end support.
Perform configurations to add new GL accounts to cost account mappings, subledger accounting rules, Create and Manage Accounting distributions and processes.
Deliver post-production support/ Hypercare service.
Create custom reports using Oracle tools.
Perform Root cause analysis on recurring issues.
Execute Agile data migration processes, FBDI, ADFDI.
Conduct quarterly configuration and patch validations/testing.
Analyze and prioritize support requests involving Oracle Fusion Cost Management and inventory transactions, configurations and customizations issues.
Coordinate post-production support/Hypercare requests.
Triage issues related to custom reports using oracle tools.
Manage incidents tickets for productions and knowledge base articles for recurring issues.
Track and prioritize quarterly configuration and patch validations/testing requests

Requirements:
5+ experience of Oracle Fusion Cost Management, Inventory, and integrations with Payables/Receivables and Supply Chain Financial Orchestration modules.
Knowledge of costing methods (Standard Costing, Average Costing, FIFO, LIFO).
Experience with subledger accounting (SLA) and its integration with financials.
Proficiency in Inventory Valuation and understanding of cost layers.
Familiarity with Work in Process (WIP) and Bills of Material (BOM) costing.
Experience with Oracle SQL & PL/SQL, including writing and optimizing queries.
Understanding of Oracle costing table s structure and relationships.
Proven ability to debug PL/SQL procedures and troubleshoot complex costing issues.
Experience with period close processes and reconciliation activities.
Knowledge of SOX compliance requirements related to financial systems.

Role# 2 - Oracle Fusion Procurement Functional

5+ Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications, specifically in the Procurement domain.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier relationship management workflow.

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our Oracle Fusion Procurement ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Oracle Fusion Procurement modules including Purchasing, Supplier management.
  • Configure and maintain Fusion application functionality across Procurement.
  • Implement best practices for procurement.
  • Ensure system integrity and optimal performance of the Procurement modules.
  • Provide technical expertise for system enhancements and issue resolutions.
  • Serve as the first point of contact of contact for Oracle Fusion Procurement modules including Purchasing, Supplier management.
  • Triage, prioritize, and route incoming issues related to Fusion application functionality across Procurement areas.
  • Provide initial diagnosis and troubleshooting for Procurement module issues before escalation when necessary.
  • Implement best practices for incident management and resolution in procurement and resolution in procurement processes.
  • Ensure system integrity and optimal performance of the Procurement modules through proactive monitoring.
  • Collaborate with Application Manager and implementation team on support activities.
  • Provide technical expertise for system to resolve issues.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for issues management.
  • Monitor and report on issue trends to identify opportunities for system improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications, specifically in the Procurement domain.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier relationship management workflow.
  • Configuration and maintenance expertise with Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage the Oracle Fusion system while collaborating with an internal/external implementation partner.

Role# 3 - Oracle Fusion Tax Consultant

Required Qualifications
Strong understanding of indirect taxation (Sales & Use Tax, VAT, GST, Withholding Tax)
5+ years experience with Oracle Fusion Tax and Vertex tax engines
Knowledge of tax configurations across multiple tax jurisdictions
Experience with tax integration in ERP systems, particularly Oracle Cloud
Proficiency in SQL for tax-related data analysis and troubleshooting
Experience with tax reporting and compliance requirements
Understanding of period-end tax processes and reconciliations
Familiarity with SOX compliance requirements for tax processes
Strong problem-solving skills for complex tax calculation issues
Ability to work with cross-functional teams including finance, tax, and IT
