Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Backend Services Developer with strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, and RESTful API design. In this role, you'll contribute to building and maintaining scalable web and server-side applications with a strong focus on performance, usability, and clean architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain modern applications using TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js

  • Build robust, scalable, and secure RESTful APIs to support application features and integrations

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality software

  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code that adheres to best practices

  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve performance and functionality issues

  • Participate in code reviews, offering and receiving constructive feedback

  • Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to a culture of innovation and learning

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of professional experience as a software developer working with TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js

  • Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs

  • Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, modular code, and modern JavaScript frameworks

  • Experience with Git or other version control systems

  • Familiarity with API documentation tools such as Swagger/OpenAPI (preferred, but not required)

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
