We are seeking a UX Designer for a hybrid position in Atlanta, GA.
Job Description -
This UX Designer role on the Product Research and Design team will work as part of the Digital On Premise Ordering product team, which includes product managers and product designers. During this assignment, the UX Designer will be responsible for:
Quickly getting up to speed on Inspire s competitive analysis of Self Service Ordering Kiosks available in the US quick serve restaurant (QSR) market and becoming familiar with current kiosk capabilities within Inspire s family of restaurant brands.
Mapping out the in-store guest ordering experience and understanding the differences between off-prem mobile ordering and on-prem kiosk ordering in the customer journey.
Evaluating the usability and design quality of the current kiosk-based ordering experience and working with stakeholders in product management and product design to recommend changes, enhancements, new features.
Designing the future kiosk-based customer experience, including design mockups and/or design prototype of key ordering flows, reward redemption flows, payment flows, etc.
Complying with Inspire s design system for online ordering products (mobile devices, small screens) as needed, and extending or creating elements of the design system for in-store ordering products (kiosk devices, large screens).
The UX Designer may take on other responsibilities as needed during this assignment.
