Job Description:
- Relevant Experience of 8+yrs in VDI Citrix Admin
- Knowledge on Citrix XenApp or XenDesktop
- Knowledge of core components of Citrix Application testing and troubleshooting knowledge on Citrix Infrastructure, Installation knowledge of various application on Citrix via MCS PVS technology
- Knowledge on Application deployments Workflow of Citrix Environment Knowledge of DNS TCP IP and other networking concepts
- Coordinating and implementation of new installations designs and migrations for technology solutions
- Knowledge and understanding of global security policies Hardware refresh and OS migrations knowledge Work on Service Improvement Plan and Innovations Planning and execution of complex changes
- Knowledge on Problem Management RCA problem resolution Troubleshooting complex and business critical issues
- Participation in DR activities Creating best practice documents known error records knowledgebase articles etc.
- Knowledge on VM Ware vCenters or managing ESXi hosts
- Citrix Application testing and troubleshooting
