Role: Sr. SuccessFactors Consultant
Location: 100% REMOTE
Employment Type: Full Time
Note: Strong and Senior level SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0), and Employee Central (EC).
Responsibilities:
-Configure, implement, and support SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0), and Employee Central (EC) solutions.
-Provide expertise in LMS and Performance & Goal Management (PMGM), ensuring seamless integration and system optimization.
-Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
