Job Details

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Business Systems Analyst to join our HR & Employee Experience Product Management team. This role will support the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions across departments such as HR, Tech Ops, and Asset Protection. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in business process analysis, basic technical knowledge of ServiceNow, and a passion for improving employee experience through automation and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders across HR, Tech Ops, and other internal departments.

  • Support the configuration and optimization of ServiceNow modules including HRSD, ITSM, Employee Center, Case Management, and Knowledge Management.

  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and system integrations.

  • Participate in testing, deployment, and user training activities.

  • Monitor platform usage and user feedback to identify continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Maintain project documentation and support change management processes.

  • Work in Agile development environments using tools like Jira and Confluence.

Required Qualifications:
  • 1 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst role, ideally working on ServiceNow or enterprise SaaS platforms.

  • Exposure to ServiceNow modules (HRSD, ITSM, etc.) and understanding of basic configuration and workflow design.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable interpreting complex data and systems.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
  • ServiceNow Fundamentals or related certifications.

  • Basic understanding of data privacy and compliance standards.

  • Experience with employee service portals or HR technologies.

  • Master's degree or ongoing professional certifications in Business Analysis or ServiceNow.
