Role: Senior ServiceNow Developer ITSM & Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)
Location: Stamford, CT (onsite)
Exp: 10+ Years
Job Description:
- Experience: 6 10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with a strong focus on ITSM modules.
- Demonstrated experience integrating and managing ESG-related processes or sustainability reporting within digital platforms is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting, with extensive experience in developing UI policies, client scripts, script includes, and business rules.
- Expertise in ServiceNow Flow Designer, legacy Workflow modules, REST API development, and scripted REST APIs.
- Strong background in designing and managing custom Workspaces and performance analytics dashboards.
Certifications:
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Implementation Specialist are a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional and agile environments.
- A passion for leveraging technology to drive operational improvements and contribute to corporate sustainability and social responsibility goals.
