Must-Have Skills:
- Active Workday Financials Certification (Pro-certifications also acceptable).
- 4+ years of Workday Financials experience across at least 2 deployments.
- Hands-on experience with:
- FDM (Foundational Data Model)
- Supplier & Customer Accounts
- Accounts Payables & Receivables
- Projects & Revenue Management
- Proven experience as a Product Lead in at least one of the above areas.
- Strong understanding of Workday Financial integrations and APIs (not a technical role, but functional awareness is needed).
- Experience supporting end-to-end testing and guiding clients through it.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Client-centric approach and ability to manage expectations effectively.
