JOB ROLE : AI/ML Engineer
JOB DESCRIPTION: Experience: 10+ yearsAI & ML Experience: 2+ yearsKey
Responsibilities:
Lead the development, validation, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning models.
Design and implement MLOps solutions for continuous development, deployment, and monitoring of AI solutions.
Develop and deploy Generative AI (GenAI) embedded solutions across various use cases.
Conduct rapid experimentation of GenAI use cases using Azure cloud AI and data services.
Utilize open-source solutions for the development and deployment of GenAI embedded solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Required Skillset:
Minimum 8 years of IT experience.
At least 2 years of experience in developing AI-enabled solutions.
Expert-level competency in Python.
Hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning solutions.
Strong knowledge and experience in developing GenAI embedded solutions.
Experience with AI cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) is an added advantage.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with MLOps frameworks and tools.
Familiarity with open-source AI and machine learning libraries.
Proven track record of leading AI projects from conception to deployment.
