As the Associate Engineering Manager - Test Lab Operations, you will lead a dynamic test lab operations team that supports critical product engineering testing across our Medical business units that impacts patients worldwide.

What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of supervisors, engineers, and coordinators to ensure efficient test lab operations
- Oversee daily scheduling, resource planning, and execution of test activities aligned with business priorities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast and allocate labor, equipment, and space
- Drive production test engineering activities and support new product development testing
- Ensure compliance with test lab procedures and regulatory standards
- Manage test request administration, including documentation, approvals, and closure
- Support long-term planning initiatives focused on innovation and operational excellence
- Contribute to budget planning, cost tracking, and strategic direction of the test lab
What you need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in engineering, operations, or testing
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across levels
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing or leading technical teams
- Experience in production engineering, operations, or test automation
- Proven ability to coach and develop team members through performance management
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry and regulatory environment
