Job Summary:
The People Integration Engineer bridges HR, IT, and operations to ensure smooth integration of people, systems, and processes across the organization. This role focuses on implementing and optimizing HR technologies, improving employee data flows, and supporting change initiatives related to workforce systems and organizational design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate HR systems with enterprise platforms and business tools.
- Automate and maintain employee data flows across applications.
- Support onboarding/offboarding and organizational change processes.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to improve workflows.
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Document processes and provide end-user support and training.
Requirements:
- Experience with HRIS platforms, system integrations, or automation tools.
- Working with tools like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, ADP, or Zoho People
- Basic knowledge of APIs, data structures, and workflow automation.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
