Job Summary:
We are seeking a Bilingual Data Scientist who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our IT team. - Analyze complex datasets to extract valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Design and implement data models based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and interpret statistical data.
- Translate research data into actionable strategies and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations.
- Use techniques such as collaborative filtering, k-nearest neighbors, market basket analysis, and matrix factorization.
- Work with high-performance computing systems and proprietary software tools.
- 2-5 years of experience in a data science or related analytics role.
- Proficient in Spanish and English must be able to communicate fluently in both languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Hands-on experience with data mining techniques such as:
- Clustering
- Regression Analysis
- Decision Trees
- Support Vector Machines (SVM)
- Experience working in collaborative, team-based environments.
