Description
* Lead a high-performing team of IT professionals to ensure operational excellence.
* Oversee IT supervisors and technical teams to align operations with business objectives.
* Balance technical acumen and leadership to manage teams and optimize processes.
* Maintain a secure, reliable, and scalable technology environment.
* Drive continuous improvement and uphold high service delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and develop IT supervisors and team members.
* Establish and monitor team goals aligned with organizational objectives.
* Develop and execute IT infrastructure and operations strategies.
* Oversee IT service delivery for operational stability, security, and scalability.
* Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.
* Ensure system monitoring, backup strategies, and disaster recovery planning.
Qualifications
* 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations, with 3 years in a leadership role.
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
* Strong leadership, team building, and performance management skills.
* Hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, including networking and virtualization.
* In-depth knowledge of IT service management frameworks and compliance standards.
* Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or cloud certifications are highly preferred.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
