Senior Technical Architect

Are you passionate about building scalable, modern web and mobile platforms that make a real difference? Our client, a growing SaaS company serving the home care and healthcare space, is looking for a Senior Technical Architect to help design and evolve their next-generation platform - a solution that simplifies how care providers handle scheduling, payroll, charting, and other daily operations.

This is a full-time role with flexible hybrid or remote work options. You ll collaborate closely with a small, talented team of engineers, designers, and product leaders who care deeply about user experience and clean, maintainable code.

What You ll Do:

• Design and implement key features across both backend and frontend systems using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Contribute to architecture decisions ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability across the platform.
• Write clean, testable, well-documented code and participate in regular code reviews.
• Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines with strong testing coverage.
• Work closely with product managers and UI/UX designers to translate ideas into functional, user-friendly software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while maintaining a proactive approach to quality and stability.
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge to strengthen the engineering culture.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend tools or frameworks that improve workflow.

What You Bring:

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript, React, and GraphQL (Apollo preferred).
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure experience is a plus).
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases, Git, and agile development practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to performance, scalability, and security.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience in the healthcare or home care industry is a strong plus, but not required.
