Role Overview
The Product Manager, Digital Product Management is responsible for defining, delivering, and continuously improving digital product experiences for business customers, with a focus on upper-market segments. This role owns product requirements from concept through delivery and works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure digital solutions align with customer needs and business objectives.
The ideal candidate brings a strong customer-centric mindset, technical understanding, and the ability to collaborate across large organizations to drive high-impact digital initiatives particularly supporting Secure Networking and Cybersecurity products.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Contribute to the development and execution of the digital product roadmap aligned with business goals
- Drive enhancements to digital customer experiences across Secure Networking and Cybersecurity platforms
- Ensure product initiatives align with digital best practices and enterprise standards
Requirements & Product Delivery
- Gather, analyse, and document product requirements by understanding customer behavior and existing processes
- Translate business and customer needs into user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Own features from initial concept through development, launch, and ongoing optimization
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with engineering, UX/UI, marketing, sales, and operations teams to deliver solutions on time and within scope
- Act as the primary point of contact between technical and business stakeholders
- Support prioritization and trade-off decisions to maximize customer and business value
Customer & Technical Focus
- Analyse customer insights, usage data, and feedback to inform product decisions
- Understand technical constraints and dependencies; dive deep into technical considerations when required
- Help ensure a seamless, end-to-end digital experience for customers
Required Qualifications
- 3 5 years of experience in Product Management, Digital Product Management, or a related role
- Proven ability to translate customer and business needs into clear, actionable product requirements
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in enterprise or B2B environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum product development methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Secure Networking, Cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise digital products
- Exposure to customer experience (CX) or digital transformation initiatives
- Experience working with large or complex organizations
