Phenom Oracle HCM Data Migration Specialist (Remote | Long-Term Contract)
We re supporting a major Oracle Fusion HCM implementation (Jan 2026 start, Go-Live July 2027) and are seeking a specialist to extract candidate communication history from Phenom and migrate it into Oracle Cloud HCM using HDL.
Key Skills Needed:
- Phenom data extraction (API, exports, custom reports)
- Strong hands-on Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL)
- HR/Recruiting data models and transformation experience
- End-to-end migration expertise: extraction mapping validation final load
Role Details:
- Remote
- 6 12 month contract (extendable)
