Description

Join a dynamic enterprise technology team as a key contributor focused on supporting and enhancing the organization's SAP environment. In this role, you'll act as a technical expert, collaborating with stakeholders across departments to ensure the SAP system aligns with evolving business needs. You'll be instrumental in troubleshooting, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide SAP system support and resolve user issues
  • Manage service tickets and communicate resolution status
  • Deliver training on SAP functions and internal standards
  • Maintain and improve master data quality
  • Manage user roles and authorizations
  • Keep documentation and user manuals current
  • Support system upgrades, module rollouts, and integrations
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Cross-train with other SAP analysts and contribute to team knowledge sharing


Requirements

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of hands-on SAP experience, particularly with Financial and Controlling (FICO) modules
  • Experience supporting a manufacturing environment
  • Willingness to travel 20-25% domestically and internationally
  • Familiarity with SAP integration tools, third-party interfaces, and EDI
  • Experience with Material Master (MM) and procurement processes
