Data Scientist
Location: Bellevue, WA
Duration: 6+ months Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Data Analysis: Manage and execute data analysis projects from start to finish.
  • Advanced Statistical Modeling: Develop and apply more advanced statistical models (e.g., time series forecasting, regression models, clustering, classification) to extract insights and make predictions.
  • Data Storytelling & Presentation: Communicate complex data insights and model results through compelling visualizations, presentations, and reports.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and deliver data-driven solutions.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in SQL for querying and manipulating data. Strong proficiency in Python (preferred) or R, including experience with relevant libraries for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Statsmodels for Python etc.)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI etc.).
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with various machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, time series analysis).
  • Experience in A/B testing, NLP methodologies, and experimentation.

Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
