Job Details

Role: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Location: Arlington, TX (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 to 12 months+ Contract

Need local candidates

Skills/Experience

  • Azure, .NET/C# (no AWS/Java support), don t need to be a hands on dev (would be helpful)
  • Jenkins, Terraform, GitHub, Kubernetes Services, YAML
  • Python Scripting
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience required.
  • Not traditional SRE as they typically won t be in production support. They will be addressing and finding gaps in the SRE framework, finding and implementing solutions. Good DevOps/Cloud experience will help.
  • A lot of observability/Terraform. Heavy Service Bus automation.
  • Very hands on, 80/20 hands on/leading
  • Entire portfolio is in Azure .net base, if person has .net exp, can come up quickly with gaps in process. Take ownership of addressing the gaps, understand what the gaps are, figuring out solution, and implementing solutions
  • Most of work is around observability and terraform, so dev exp, it's easy for them to pick that up
  • Strong exp in Azure .net github terraform (some kind of infrastructure automation)
  • AKS, azure monitoring, certification in Azure, serverless experience
  • Storage and servicebus
  • Need someone that understands .net development but does not have to be a developer
  • Automation
  • Drive SRE production, expect good understanding of SRE.
