We are seeking an experienced and driven Municipal Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing community development team. In this project management role, you will lead the planning, design, and execution of a wide range of public infrastructure projects, including roadway improvements, stormwater systems, water and wastewater utilities, and site development for municipal clients.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Municipal Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing community development team. In this project management role, you will lead the planning, design, and execution of a wide range of public infrastructure projects, including roadway improvements, stormwater systems, water and wastewater utilities, and site development for municipal clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage infrastructure projects from concept through construction, ensuring budget, schedule, and quality goals are met
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including internal staff and external consultants
- Serve as a technical lead and client liaison, maintaining strong relationships with municipal clients and regulatory agencies
- Prepare design plans, technical reports, and construction documents in accordance with local, state, and federal standards
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to business development and proposal efforts
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's a plus)
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required
- 8+ years of relevant civil infrastructure design and project management experience
- Previous project management (contracts, business development, design, QA/QC) experience required
- Strong AutoCAD, Civil 3D and HydroCAD knowledge; GIS is a plus!
- Experience with local & state permitting requirements (planning, zoning, highway access, etc.)
- Proven experience working with municipal clients and public infrastructure projects
- Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills
