We are currently seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida (US-FL), United States (US).

Job Description:
The Technical Project Manager will lead and manage technology-driven projects within the financial services industry. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:

• Define project objectives and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, resources, and budget management.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and changes to project scope.
• Team Coordination:
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
• Foster a collaborative environment to motivate and guide the team towards success.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Provide regular project updates and gather feedback to align project outcomes with business goals.
• Technical Oversight:
• Collaborate closely with IT teams to ensure alignment with technical requirements and industry standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Quality Assurance:
• Implement and oversee quality assurance practices to ensure project deliverables meet industry standards.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the financial services industry.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex technical projects.
• Strong knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
