Business Analyst IV

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Reston, VA that is seeking a Business Analyst IV.

Responsibilities:
* Lead and support change initiatives by documenting release notes, user guides, FAQs, training materials, and stakeholder updates
* Interact with both internal and external partners and need to tailor messaging for both audiences
* Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring efficient operation and user access; contribute to operational resolution and communication
* Create and groom detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria
* Analyze business and user data to identify trends, measure product performance, and support decision-making
* Partner with product owners, developers, QA teams, and business units to plan and execute product enhancements
* Develop and execute test cases and scripts; track and report defects; support user acceptance testing and training

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong oral and written communication abilities, essential for stakeholder engagement, documentation, and change management
* SQL proficiency
* Experience with MS Office Suite
* JIRA experience
* Confluence experience
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and change management frameworks

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
