We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Delivery Executive to lead end-to-end
Salesforce solution delivery within the Banking and Financial Services domain. This
strategic role is ideal for a leader with proven expertise in delivering value-driven Salesforce
initiatives for small to medium-sized organizations, with the ability to drive digital
transformation, business success, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Own the successful end-to-end delivery of Salesforce CRM solutions across
multiple financial services businesses, ensuring high-quality implementation,
alignment to business outcomes, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Lead cross-functional teams including technical architects, developers, delivery
managers, and product managers in Agile/Hybrid delivery environments.
Serve as the primary Salesforce SME and executive interface for business
leadership, including C-level stakeholders.
Provide strategic leadership for Salesforce implementation and roadmap planning,
ensuring alignment with business goals, technology landscape, and organizational
priorities.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation leveraging the Salesforce ecosystem
(Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, etc.).
Manage program budgets, timelines, resources, and risks to ensure on-time, on-
budget delivery.
Build strong relationships with Salesforce account teams, ISVs, and third-party
vendors to ensure successful ecosystem engagement and support.
Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, business cases, and value
realization reports.
Mentor and grow internal Salesforce talent and support practice development
activities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
12+ years of hands-on Salesforce CRM delivery experience, with 5+ years in
Banking or Financial Services domain.
Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform and architecture, including data
modeling, integrations, security, and ecosystem capabilities.
Proven track record delivering Salesforce solutions for a medium size
banking/financial organization, with insight into their regulatory, operational, and
technical challenges.
Hands-on experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) in real-world
implementations.
Strong program and stakeholder management experience, with the ability to engage
and influence C-level executives.
Experience managing large Salesforce programs with multiple workstreams.
Excellent verbal and written communication, business-facing, and presentation
skills.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect,
System Architect, or CTA are highly desirable.
Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD practices, and Agile/Hybrid delivery
methodologies.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
Experience working with Enterprise Data Engineering teams, especially on data
integration, governance, or analytics initiatives.
Experience leading a Salesforce Governance Council internally, driving
standards, adoption, compliance, and platform scalability.
Background in consulting or system integrator environments is a plus.
PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project/program management certification.
