Role Profile:

This position is part of the Morgan Stanley Wealth Management - CRM & Digital Marketing Tech group. There is a multi-year Platform Integration Initiative and we are looking for someone to help us build applications which offer a variety of new capabilities to our end users. These applications are built using new design and latest web standards with modern technologies and we need resources to support our current platform experience.

What you'll do in the role:
  • Work with development lead and architecture team in understanding the requirements, designing and implementing the solution.
  • Work with business partners to understand the processes and requirements.
  • Should understand SQL and Email Content Module.
  • Manage SFDC configurations and customizations.
  • Follow SDLC processes for development, testing and deployment.
  • Participate in design review and peer code review.
  • Understand the build and deployment process and be a go to person for troubleshooting live issues.
  • Work collaboratively in a global setting, should be eager to learn new technologies.
  • Write quality test cases.

What you'll bring to the role:
  • 3+ years' experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Hands-on and knowledge of SQL, Journey Builder, Email Content, AMPScript.
  • Knowledge of tools used for build and deploy
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Desired Skills:
  • Familiar with Financial Industry.
  • Knowledge of Java/ J2ee or C# .NET
  • Knowledge of RDBMS concepts and should have hands-on knowledge of any one database development.
  • Familiarity with Agile Methodology, Test-Driven Development and software design patterns.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $70,000 and $120,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
