Job Description
ECS is seeking a Military Analyst Subject Matter Expert to work in our Ft. Campbell, KY office.
The Special Operations Aviation (SOA) Training Systems team manages multiple programs including: the Simulator Block Updates (SBUDs) to the MH-47 Combat Mission Simulators (CMSs) (referred to as the M7-1 CMS and M7-2 CMS); the MH-60 CMSs (referred to as the MH60-1 CMS and MH60-2 CMS); the A/MH-6 Light Assault/Attack Reconfigurable (LASAR) CMS and the A/MH-6R Combat Flight Training Device; and the Mission Rehearsal Operations Center (MROC); and execution of Simulation Exercises (Advanced Tactics Training, BoldQuest, etc.). The CMS systems are high-fidelity, full-motion simulators that provides correlated sensor simulation, full-flight and aircraft performance replication, and threat and environmental models. The SOA team also provides management of the services maintenance contracts for all fielded simulators at the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne) (SOAR(A)). Future efforts include various performance and concurrency upgrades for the fielded systems. The SOA Training Systems team also includes SETA members that provide simulation training and rehearsal support to 160th SOAR(A) located at Fort Campbell, KY. These team members support design, development, integration and upgrades of current and future CMSs and simulation and training sub-systems located at Fort Campbell, KY. These SETA Team members also support network exercises utilizing the 160thSOAR(A) simulators, MROC, and Mission Rehearsal Exercise Training System (MRETS).
The contractor shall provide Pilot SME support for the MH-47-Combat Mission Simulator (CMS) program managed within PdM STS at the 160th SOAR (A), Fort Campbell, KY.
Review/create/comment on Acceptance Test Procedures
Travel as required to support meetings, conferences, data gathering, and testing events
Perform or support all simulator testing (five events - Contractor Verification Testing, Government Acceptance Testing, Host/IG load Testing, Database Verification Testing, etc.) as requested or directed by PdM STS.
Assist the Special Operations Forces Training, Engineering and Maintenance Support (SOF TEAMS) contractor responsible for simulator contractor logistics support (CLS) with problematic GFE and GFE exchange issues.
Support aircraft flight and performance data collection efforts
Participate in meetings and bi-weekly teleconferences to provide SME support in the maintenance and development of assigned simulation projects.

- Active Top Secret Clearance
- Minimum 8 years experience
- DoD Acquisition Life Cycle Management
