Title: Lead ServiceNow Developer
Location: Remote - US
Contract: 6 months
Skills and qualifications:
- CSA
- GenAI.
- SecOps.
- HAM and SAM
- CIS-Discovery
- CIS-Service Mapping
- Can speak to and navigate the CSDM
- Proficient in flow designer
- Can create basic and advanced business rules
- Can speak to the difference between related CIs and referenced CIs
- Can speak to a handful of basic use cases for configuration items in ITIL processes
- Can describe the difference between discoverable and non-discoverable attributes
- Can speak to where in the ServiceNow platform we define the rules for which CIs create assets and which CIs do not
