RDM Release Manager
Location: Plano, TX
Duration: Long Term Contract

Leadership qualities; self-starter, self-directed, shows initiative
Focused on execution, delivery, and meeting deadlines
Works well in high-paced environments; strong decision-making and risk management
Understands strategic alignment with business goals
Demonstrates ownership and accountability; can influence otpersons professionally
Strong written and verbal communication; able to influence across levels
Organized, detail-oriented, and technically proficient
Strong analytical skills; able to create meaningful data for Change Management
Bachelor's in Engineering or Computer Science
5+ years in technical roles supporting network projects/programs
PMP, ITIL preferred; CCNA a plus
Experience with Change Management, CAB, and IT service delivery
Financial services experience is a plus
Flexible and proactive; able to manage shifting priorities and deadlines
Manages multiple interdependent projects and full network infrastructure lifecycle
Translates business requirements into technical execution
Coordinates delivery across teams, vendors, and partners
Accountable for engineering tasks, release/deployment, and production readiness
Provides status updates, resolves issues, and manages dependencies
Works across time zones; available for varied hours and weekends
