Title: Engineering Manager

Location: Midwestern Region (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full Time

Compensation
Pay Range:$140000-$200000/Yrs

Description
* Collaborate with leadership to plan and prioritize work from the product roadmap.
* Oversee cross-department operations to ensure timely and complete project delivery.
* Manage the team's backlog and facilitate agile development ceremonies.
* Conduct regular performance evaluations and 1:1 meetings with team members.
* Contribute to codebase development, including APIs and UIs, as necessary.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute work from the product roadmap in collaboration with leadership.
* Manage cross-department operations to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
* Facilitate agile development ceremonies and manage team backlog.
* Conduct performance evaluations and hold regular 1:1 meetings with employees.
* Contribute to frontend or backend codebase development when necessary.

Qualifications
* 7 years of experience in backend or frontend development.
* 3 years of management experience.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Strong desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience collaborating with stakeholders, designers, and support personnel.
* Ability to mentor engineers in writing high-quality, well-tested code.
