Our client urgently needs a U.S.-based Infor Lawson 10 Functional Analyst to troubleshoot and resolve critical payroll integration errors within their Infor Financials v10 (on-premise) environment. This is a short-term, high-impact assignment focused on diagnosing and correcting data transfer and processing issues between Workday payroll output and Infor Lawson financial modules.

Our client urgently needs a U.S.-based Infor Lawson 10 Functional Analyst to troubleshoot and resolve critical payroll integration errors within their Infor Financials v10 (on-premise) environment. This is a short-term, high-impact assignment focused on diagnosing and correcting data transfer and processing issues between Workday payroll output and Infor Lawson financial modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve GM500 errors occurring during payroll data imports from Workday to Infor Lawson Financials.
- Review payroll processing logic, pay calendars, and pay plan configurations to ensure accurate posting to the General Ledger.
- Validate and reconcile payroll output files before financial ledger load.
- Support and execute payroll testing cycles in the Infor v10 test environment.
- Collaborate with the internal finance and payroll teams to validate data accuracy and ensure correct ledger postings.
- Document issue root cause and provide remediation steps for ongoing stability.
- Participate in shadow sessions via Microsoft Teams with internal FTEs to ensure knowledge transfer.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Infor Lawson Financials v10 (non-cloud).
- Strong understanding of Payroll, HR, and General Ledger (GL) integration processes.
- Expertise with GM500 and related payroll processing and posting functions.
- Experience troubleshooting Infor Lawson payroll import and posting errors.
- Knowledge of pay calendars, pay plans, and payroll processing best practices.
- Familiarity with Workday payroll output formats and integration into Infor Lawson.
- Experience reconciling payroll data within Infor Financials and resolving ledger posting discrepancies.
- Must be U.S.-based and able to start immediately.
