• Unable to work C2CTailor and set up Jira to meet the specific needs of diverse teams and projects within the organization.
• Create customized workflows, fields, screens, and dashboards in Jira to enhance team collaboration and efficiency.
• Experience in Apache Groovy, Rest API
• ServiceNow to Jira migration
• Integrate Jira seamlessly with various tools and platforms like Confluence, Bitbucket, Slack, and Jenkins to streamline project management and development processes.
• Offer technical assistance and resolve issues for Jira users, along with providing training when necessary.
• Stay informed about the latest features and capabilities of Jira and offer recommendations for best practices within the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective Jira-based solutions.
• Document Jira configurations, processes, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency.
• Participate in the assessment and rollout of new Atlassian products and upgrades.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience as an Atlassian Jira Administrator or Developer.
• Proficiency in Jira administration, including crafting custom workflows, fields, screens, and dashboards.
• Familiarity with Jira plugins and add-ons such as Jira Service Management (formerly Jira Service Desk), ScriptRunner, and Advanced Roadmaps.
