Job Details

Sentinel is looking for a field technician to add to our staff of IT personnel supporting a school system in Dayton, OH. The ideal candidate will have experience assisting faculty with technology needs such as setting up desktops, keyboards and printers. This role does require travel to the various schools in the district. This is a full time position being fully onsite in Dayton, OH.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role

  • Experience with deploying and setting up desktops, laptops and printers

  • Experience with desktops and password reset

  • Experience with troubleshooting chrome books

  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service

  • The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment

  • A valid driver s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required

  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

  • Must demonstrate a can-do attitude
