Job Title: Senior Technical Program Manager KANA Platform

Location:Pleasanton, CA - onsite
Experience Level: 10+ Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale migration programs and SaaS platform integrations, specifically focused on the KANA platform. The ideal candidate will partner with both business and IT stakeholders to deliver complex implementations, serve as a technical liaison across teams, and ensure successful execution of enterprise initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to drive large-scale KANA platform implementations.

  • Develop and manage detailed delivery plans, tracking progress, milestones, risks, and interdependencies.

  • Act as the primary technical liaison between executive sponsors, business owners, development teams, and vendors.

  • Lead and facilitate timely decision-making on both technical and programmatic issues across the lifecycle of the program.

  • Build trust quickly and foster alignment across diverse, cross-functional teams.

  • Oversee integration systems management and ensure successful data migration and platform adoption.

  • Provide strategic input and ownership of multi-year release roadmaps and product evolution.

Required Experience & Skills:
  • 10+ years of experience managing large, complex migration programs and SaaS integrations.

  • Proven success in managing multi-year product releases and owning end-to-end delivery.

  • Strong technical awareness of modern SaaS platforms and services integration.

  • Hands-on expertise in:

    • KANA platform architecture

    • Customization & configuration

    • Data migrations

    • API integrations and extensions

  • Experience with enterprise delivery frameworks such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban) or SAFe.

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in customer service platforms, CRMs, or case management systems.

  • Knowledge of cloud-native integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi).

  • Familiarity with regulatory or security frameworks (e.g., GDPR, FedRAMP) in platform integrations.
