A Wealth Management Firm known for its extensive range of financial products and services, including asset management, risk management, and advisory services.
Job Description
- Build strong relationships with Trading desks and stakeholders, gathering business requirements and feedback to improve IT applications and features.
- Provide timely and effective support by responding to user inquiries, logging incidents, and managing issue resolution or escalation as needed.
- Collaborate with IT Development teams to prioritize user requirements, conduct testing of new features, and ensure proper functionality of updates and bug fixes.
- Monitor application performance, provide user training, create documentation, and ensure compliance with internal policies and best practices.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Finance with experience in IT business analysis or support for Front Office in finance.
- Solid understanding of financial products (e.g., Structured Products, Equity Options, Securities Lending, TRS, Repo, Interest Rate Derivatives, Credit Bonds, CLO) and their trade processes.
- Expertise in one of the following: Equity/Equity Derivatives trade booking, Credit Markets trades, Equity Structured Products, Pricing, P&L, Risk management, or Equity and Credit Data.
- Strong skills in SQL and effective communication to work well with Front Office teams and provide excellent support.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking skills, with a plus for knowledge of Agile methods.
