Remote Position
Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing Policies, Standards and IT Controls for IAM related to SSO/MFA
- Work with large business programs to provide IAM/SSO/MFA guidance, requirements and help to develop solutions patterns
- Acts independently to establish and implement security and define service integrations with all other IT services such as build teams, asset management, service and incident management
- Help build the roadmap on how to mature the SSO/MFA platform through big picture approach and integration with other teams and identifying dependencies
- Educating other technical and business leaders in the SSO/MFA disciple as needed
- Applies advance knowledge with product designers, engineers, and architects to define security measures required of to implement an effective SSO/MFA security service
- Works cross-functionally to conduct most complex analysis of current product offerings for business impact and exposure
- Collaborate with security consulting to define security requirements, establish patterns and develop solutions to solve security/business challenges as it relates to IAM
- Work with security platform owners and system architects to develop and mature security services
- Work with remediation teams (both compliance and non-compliance) to prioritize and develop short-term and long-term solutions to remediate security gaps
- Oversees complex designs, development, and delivery of the installation, integration and deployment of the chosen SSO/MFA product in Inspire Brands environments
- Communicating to clients and partners aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and/or functional level appropriate for the situation
- Pre and Post-implementation requirements gathering, analysis and documenting user testing, debugging, support and maintenance
- Developing and delivering technical training designed to enable/educate IAM implementation partners
- Managing the design & architecture for small to medium projects/ contributing to large complex projects
- Expected to continue to build upon domain knowledge along with technical / proprietary skills to reach levels of industry acknowledgement
- Applies own judgment to independently determine a course of action, which is then executed independently post review
- Can offer multiple solutions to problems through existing and new methodologies and then exercise judgment to determine the most appropriate solution.
- Manages divergent interests and advises senior management on specialized technical issues
- Member of a technical team in developing IAM solutions that integrate applications and other services with IAM services, align IAM processes with business processes, and identify required governance and policy needs
- Design and implement service interfaces and apply technical standards to enable and protect API access while meeting enterprise architecture, security, and privacy needs
- Integrate new existing architectures for user authentication and SSO for enterprise and native mobile applications
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture team to develop reference architectures for processes and technology
- Analyze alternative architectures and service designs and communicate their potential strategic and tactical benefits and risks in terms of business and architecture value
- Evaluate and implement emerging solutions to improve privacy, identity assurance, and user experience
- Participate in R& D and Innovation activities
- Clearly communicate the functions, capabilities, and processes of proposed enterprise IAM programs
- Provide direction to development and operations staff regarding complex production issues
- Establish credibility throughout the organization in systems, processes and people by demonstrating Change Healthcare values
- Security certifications (e. g. CISSP, CEH, Security+, etc. )
- Extensive experience in architecting and implementing Federation, Web Single-Sign on, strong/multi-factor authentication systems
- Strong background in other security non-IAM platforms and services
- Working understanding of each subservice of IAM and applications
- Prior Okta implementation experience
- This is developer/engineer role within the information security organization. This role assists in defining the global Identity and Access Management programs and process for the global enterprise.
- This position will work under the supervision of the IAM Director and IAM Lead Architect
- Possess highly developed communication skills for interacting with customers and senior leadership
- Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to influence key business and IT leadership
