Job Description:
10 15 years of experience leading end-to-end Fault Management solution design and implementation in multi-technology, multi-vendor telecom environments
Expertise in integrating Fault Management across OSS, Service Management, Performance Management, Inventory Management, and network domains
Architect Fault Management solutions using tools such as IBM Netcool/NOI, IBM AIOps, Oracle Assure1, HP TeMIP, ServiceNow, and OpenNMS
Design integration blueprints connecting FM systems with Service Management, Ticketing, Notification, Inventory, Topology, and Performance layers via REST APIs, Kafka, and Webhooks
Define correlation logic, root cause analysis models, event suppression, alarm synchronization, and deduplication frameworks aligned with KPIs and SLAs
Develop multi-domain assurance architecture across IP, Transport, Access, RAN, Core networks, and 5G slicing
Collaborate with Network and Domain SMEs to align FM design with vendor protocols and customer architecture standards
Enable AIOps automation with ML-driven root cause prediction, self-healing, and closed-loop workflows for autonomous networks
Drive solution governance through HLD/LLD documentation, interface control specifications, and TMF/ITIL compliance
Lead design validation, integration testing, and acceptance with delivery, QA, and customer architecture teams
Provide technical leadership and mentoring across development, engineering, and operations teams
Proficient in FM tools: IBM Netcool/NOI, AIOps, Oracle Assure1, HP TeMIP, ServiceNow, OpenNMS
Skilled in integration frameworks: REST APIs, Kafka, Webhooks, JSON/XML
Experienced with cloud containerization: Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker
Knowledgeable in industry standards: TM Forum (SID, eTOM, TAM), ITIL, MEF, 3GPP, ITU-T
Strong domain expertise in IP, Optical, RAN, Core, Fixed Access, and 5G
Capable of producing HLD/LLD, solution blueprints, interface definitions, and business KPI improvement plans
Excellent soft skills in stakeholder engagement, governance, mentoring, and cross-functional leadership
