About this Position:
Job Title: Network Analyst
Years of experience required: 0 -1 yrs exp
Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in the configuration and deployment of various network devices and services (e.g., routers and switches).

Address field replacements (UPS, batteries, power supplies, patching etc.) and other network service tickets.

Assist in network maintenance and system upgrades.

Provide Level-1 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.

Liaise with other IT personnel for problem resolution.
-
CCNA or related IT experience is preferred.
-
Good understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model.
