Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion 24D Technical Developer for internal hire with a history of integrating non-Oracle applications and banking with Cash Management, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Fixed Assets and General Ledger modules and/or Oracle Procurement, Inventory, Cost, and other SCM Modules using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST API methods. Extensive reporting experience using standard tools such as: RDF, XML publisher, BI publisher, OTBI and FRS is required. Experience specific to development and operations is essential supporting banking and payroll.
The chosen candidate will have good knowledge of Oracle financial modules and/or supply chain modules ERD architecture and proven experience building data extracts for external system data ingestion. The candidate will have working knowledge interfacing with middleware orchestrators such as MuleSoft. Experience with Python to support middleware functions such as FBDI data manipulation and test harness applications is weighted. This role will design, build, and maintain critical integrations and custom solutions supporting enterprise operations, financials, and supporting supply chain processes.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for Oracle Fusion Financials and/or SCM Modules
- Design and build custom interfaces, data conversions, and reporting solutions across Oracle 24X modules
- Support and enhance existing integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party applications
- Write and maintain Python scripts for automation, data transformation, or API-based interaction
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues across Fusion modules and integrations
- Create and maintain technical documentation, integration maps, and deployment guides
- Ensure integrations are secure, compliant, and performance-optimized
- Participate in system upgrades, patch testing, and regression analysis specific to OIC and Fusion 24D

Requirements
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience in a related field required
- 5-7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Applications, including Financials and/or SCM modules
- 2-4 years of experience developing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Strong command of Oracle ERP Cloud data model, BI Publisher, and FBDI/ADFdi file formats
- Proficiency in Python scripting for integration glue logic, REST API automation, or ETL workflows
- Deep understanding of REST/SOAP web services, JSON/XML handling, and integration security
- Solid grasp of Oracle Financials and/or SCM Cloud tables and architecture, especially within GL, AP, FA, PO, Cost Management
- Experience working with Oracle BI, OTBI, or custom extract processes for reporting needs
- Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or SCM preferred
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion 24D or newer features set and changes preferred
- Familiarity with Unix shell scripting, Git, and CI/CD pipelines preferred
- Experience with Incident Management and Service Requests (SRs) in Oracle Cloud preferred
- Knowledge of Financial Orchestration, Intercompany Transactions, and Procurement Transfer Orders preferred
