As a UX Designer, you ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of personalized healthcare connections. In this role, you ll take full ownership of your work, from strategic problem-solving and user research to designing appealing, accessible, and pixel-perfect interfaces ready for development hand-off. What you ll do
Produce high-quality, pixel-perfect designs while balancing speed and precision to meet deadlines. Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and gather feedback. Lead and synthesize primary and secondary research to understand user personas, pain points, and motivations. Present your designs and research findings to stakeholders, articulating the why behind design decisions. Work closely with Product to translate business challenges, technology requirements, and user needs into intuitive interface designs and/or user flows. Participate in design critiques, providing and receiving constructive feedback to continuously improve the product and the design process. Rapidly iterate on designs based on feedback, testing, and insights, with a mindset that it s okay to get it wrong as long as we learn from it. Synthesize sometimes conflicting inputs (data, qualitative feedback, business requirements, hypotheses) into clear and actionable design directions. Required qualifications
A strong design portfolio showcasing the way you think and work. Proven experience designing for responsive web and digital products. Proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of user research methodologies. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design. A sharp eye for detail, a strong sense of aesthetics, and a genuine passion for visual design that drives you to create experiences that are both functional and beautiful. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. ? Ability to drive projects from start to finish with minimal supervision and to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment. Positivity and eagerness to do great work in a team environment.
