Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Center Network Consulting Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in managing and supporting advanced network environments and is passionate about network automation and migration projects. The successful candidate will be involved in the management of standalone data center environments and the migration to VXLAN fabric architecture.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in managing and supporting advanced network environments and is passionate about network automation and migration projects. The successful candidate will be involved in the management of standalone data center environments and the migration to VXLAN fabric architecture.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support standalone data center environments utilizing standard three-tier architectures.
- Lead migration efforts from traditional network setups to advanced VXLAN fabric architectures.
- Develop and implement network automation solutions using tools such as Ansible, Python, and Jenkins Pipeline.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share knowledge and strategies pertaining to network automation and operations.
- Provide leadership and initiative in projects, demonstrating the ability to work independently without close supervision.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding and practical experience with VXLAN technologies.
- Advanced skills in network automation using Ansible and Python, with project-based experience.
- Experience with Jenkins Pipeline and GitHub for managing automation workflows.
- Previous experience in customer-facing or consulting roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of network testing tools such as Spirent or Ixia is desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong collaborative skills.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and demonstrated leadership in technical projects.
Pay Range: $52.00 - $55.00 Hourly
